That\’s a Great Question, I\’d Love to Tell You
Funny and lighthearted read
Hunted
Beginning was off to a rough start, but the farther in the better
salt slow
Some of the short stories included in this book were extremely memorable, others were not. All of them were extremely creative, though.
Patricia Wants to Cuddle
I had fun listening to this story, but I don’t think it will stick with me. I didn’t enjoy how much time was spent building up to the main plot. I also did not realize initially that this book is classified as horror, and unfortunately it also missed the mark for me in that department. The gore felt like it was included just to keep the story in the horror genre, but it didn’t further the plot or invoke the sense of dread one would normally feel when reading horror (at least in my opinion).
The Haunting of Velkwood
One of the best books I’ve read this year by far. Such a beautiful story. The haunting sadness in this book will stick with me for a very long time.
All\’s Fair in Love and Field Hockey
This book was cute and kept my interest, but I don’t believe it will be very memorable. It was a nice quick read, though!
Nice Girls Don\’t Win
An extremely interesting memoir about a Survivor champion. I thoroughly enjoyed her storytelling, especially in the audiobook narrated by the author.
If We Were Villains
My favorite book forever and ever. The characters are complex and their story is extremely interesting.
Your Shadow Half Remains
The premise of this book had a lot of potential, but it unfortunately did not live up to my expectations.
Bottom of the Pyramid
An interesting tell all about the author’s time on the reality show Dance Moms. I enjoyed hearing her perspective on many of the events that took place throughout filming.
The Perfect Marriage
Couldn’t put it down
The Boyfriend
Amazing book
