Some of the short stories included in this book were extremely memorable, others were not. All of them were extremely creative, though.

I had fun listening to this story, but I don’t think it will stick with me. I didn’t enjoy how much time was spent building up to the main plot. I also did not realize initially that this book is classified as horror, and unfortunately it also missed the mark for me in that department. The gore felt like it was included just to keep the story in the horror genre, but it didn’t further the plot or invoke the sense of dread one would normally feel when reading horror (at least in my opinion).
