Quicksilver
I enjoyed this story and cannot wait for Brimstone to be released. This seemed like a slower fantasy read for me and didn\’t really pick up the pace until near the end so I didn\’t devour in a couple sittings like normal (which is probably a good thing actually). Great story overall!
The City of Brass
This whole series was wonderful! I love a good con artist main character!
Circe
This was a vivid telling of Circe’s story from The Odyssey. I loved the look into the mind of Circe, and the way the author makes you understand even the harmful choices Circe made.
The Testaments
A very well written sequel. Lots of sacrifices for the greater good and complex characters. These should be required reading and even though it seems like a crazy story, when you realize things like this could easily happen, it\’s terrifying…especially as a woman!
Born of Blood and Ash
This book was awesome
A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire
This book was great!
From Blood and Ash
Love it!
The Party
This book is such a great story!! I haven’t read a book like this as an adult ever, the twists and turns and the feelings while reading are unlike any other!
Lessons in Chemistry
A great book to show women they are capable of anything as long as they believe in themselves. Hits on various obstacles that women face growing up in the time especially in a male let occupation. I absolutely loved this book.
Only If You\’re Lucky
Well written book with twists and turns and an ending I didn’t see coming!
The Last Letter
I absolutely loved this book but as a mom, it was heartbreaking. Didn’t expect the plot twist at the end. Couldn’t put it down.
LIGHTS OUT.
Navessa Allen delivers a dark, seductive thrill ride in Lights Out. The story blurs the line between fear and desire as trauma nurse Aly is drawn into a dangerous, anonymous connection that becomes all too real. Josh, the faceless man, is both chilling and vulnerable, his secrets shadowed by a twisted intimacy but all he wants is to claim Ally as his.
For readers hungry for something dark yet with heart, Lights Out is a high-voltage ride — not for the faint of heart, but unforgettable nonetheless.
