Need a light beach read? This is for you! Kristy Woodson Harvey does an excellent job writing relationships in her books and this story about the importance of new friendships for both young and old was heartwarming but also packed with some suspense! Charlotte\’s \”perfect\” family finds themselves in financial trouble when her husband is being investigated by the FBI and they find support from the \”mommune\” in unexpected ways.
I did enjoy this but it didn\’t quite hit me as emotionally as other books she has written- however I do recommend it for those looking for a light, clean, summer read!
